We compete in an industry that is very promotional and many of our competitors will offer time-sensitive offers on selected products or product categories. This is a sales tactic we choose NOT to engage in -- our prices are the lowest, every day. In the situation where a competitor has offered a time-sensitive promotional price that is temporarily below our low price, Blinds To Go will match that promotional price, refunding 100% of the difference.

A competitor must be a local retail business. Internet sellers, ¨shop at home¨, and wholesalers/wholesale clubs are excluded. A competitor's product is deemed comparable when it is equal in quality (materials, workmanship, warranty), choice of colors and/or availability of options. Blinds To Go reserves the final decision in determining which products are comparable. Blinds To Go must receive from the customer an official, printed quote. Handwritten or incomplete quotes will not be accepted. 72 hours are required to verify a competitor's offering.
