If so, we are looking to add you to our team! We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual who will be responsible for building and executing a best-in-class campus recruitment program. Viable candidates will play an integral part in creating a pipeline of future leaders for key roles through-out the organization and retail store locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Act as our Ambassador by building and developing campus partnerships while promoting our employer brand
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with assigned admissions offices
• Coordinate and participate at school sponsored events
• Compile and present recruitment metrics from each school to assess partnership investment
• Create a pipeline or talent pool of viable candidates that could be placed through-out the organization and retail store locations
• Work on ad-hoc Human Resources projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience working in a corporate setting handling campus or college recruiting efforts with a proven track record of success
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess the ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at one time
• Willingness to attend school functions for approximately 10 designated schools
• Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
