Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated candidate with excellent attention to detail. This hands-on role will be responsible for coaching, cross-training, and developing team members while helping drive quality and operational improvements to help achieve company targets and goals. The position will be based out of our Lakewood, New Jersey facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Understanding customer expectations of a product
- Developing quality control processes
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
- Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality
- Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards
- Reporting to upper management on standard quality issues
- Improving production efficiency and managing waste
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-7 years of experience working in a manufacturing or operations management role with a focus on quality
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or similar
- Possess strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
- Possess the ability to lead and develop a team
- Possess good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
