Are you a creative recruiting professional who understands what it takes to attract the next generation of talent and recruit the best candidates from colleges and universities? If so, we are looking to add you to our team! We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual who will be responsible for building and executing a best-in-class campus recruitment program. Viable candidates will play an integral part in creating a pipeline of future leaders for key roles through-out the organization and retail store locations.

  • Act as our Ambassador by building and developing campus partnerships while promoting our employer brand
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with assigned admissions offices
  • Coordinate and participate at school sponsored events
  • Compile and present recruitment metrics from each school to assess partnership investment
  • Create a pipeline or talent pool of viable candidates that could be placed through-out the organization and retail store locations
  • Work on ad-hoc Human Resources projects as needed
  • 2+ years of experience working in a corporate setting handling campus or college recruiting efforts with a proven track record of success
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess the ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Willingness to attend school functions for approximately 10 designated schools
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
