Design Consultants are a vital member of our retail sales, interior design, and customer service teams. A Design Consultant is the front-line person responsible for bonding with the customer, understanding their needs, and helping solve their window decorating issues. Design Consultants are responsible for delivering the legendary customer service that makes Blinds To Go a leader in the home fashion industry.

The opportunity will allow you to successfully navigate your career in interior design and also grow into a management position in our In-Home Sales and Design department.

The Design Consultant Will Have:

Requirements
  • Must like customer service or helping people.
  • Creative and interest in home fashion and/or decorating
  • Enjoys training, mentoring, motivating and encouraging others
  • Good interpersonal skills and desire to be part of a winning team
