Customer Service/Quality Assurance Associate

This role is part of a small manufacturing quality team that provides customer service to the internal sales team by inspecting quality goods. Must have a passion for superior customer service and be data/quality driven. Ideal for a person with a customer service background looking to leverage that experience into career growth into our manufacturing environment.


  • Liaison between the retail stores and our manufacturing facility
  • Perform inspections on outbound finished goods
  • Monitor & recommends adjustments to the assembly/production process
  • Escalates issues in a timely & concise manner
  • Approves finished products by conducting visual & measurement tests, returning products for re-work & approve re-work
  • Retraces and modifies customer orders
  • Focus on quality of product and troubleshoot store/customer issues
  • Providing timely follow-up to stores
