Entire staff at the store was terrific. They were very knowledgeable and made my shopping experience easy. The installer, Augustine was great. Some of my shutters were made too short. He called me to walk me through next steps for new shutters to be made and installed. The store called my the next day to confirm the new shutters were in production. Overall, a great experience!
