What If I Don't Like What I Ordered?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, our customer service team will do everything possible to rectify the situation. Being uniquely manufactured to your specifications, your products have no value to other customers, therefore we don't offer refunds.

What If The Order Doesn't Fit?

Being custom made, we can’t adjust the dimensions for the majority of our products once your order is produced(this includes cutting the product down). If what you ordered does not fit, our customer experience team will do everything possible to help rectify the situation. PLEASE MEASURE TWICE BECAUSE WE ONLY CUT ONCE.

Delivery Time

Confirming Order

All customers have the ability to confirm the order with a design consultant over the phone prior to us producing your order. Prior to hitting complete order, you can either select confirm with DC or place order. Choosing confirm with DC keeps your order on hold until confirmed via phone. Selecting place order puts your order into production.
