Child Safety Update

We are taking part in a voluntary recall of a faulty accessory part that has been used in some of our custom window shades. This part does not effect the operation of the blind in anyway, but is used to hold down the cord loop or chain to the side of the window. It is a safety device that is important to use to insure that no child could accidentally get strangled in blind cords. If not properly screwed into the wall as intended, it may pose a safety hazard in households with small children.

The above photos show the recalled device and the new and improved devices that will be sent out as replacements.
