Position Overview
Join our fastest-growing Shop-at-Home Division as a consultative sales and design professional. You'll bring our renowned red-carpet service directly to clients' homes, assessing their needs and providing customized window treatment solutions. All leads are provided—no cold calling or door knocking required.
Our Shop-at-Home team works collaboratively with retail locations and is essential to our company-wide success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and establish immediate rapport with clients
- Visualize and recommend design solutions tailored to each space
- Take precise field measurements for accurate pricing
- Meet or exceed established sales targets through self-accountability
- Maintain strong relationships with retail locations in your territory
- Coordinate with operations support and installers to ensure timely project completion
- Provide exceptional follow-up service and resolve any customer concerns
- Uphold our industry-leading standards for customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years of in-home sales experience (design consulting or home decor preferred)
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with computer systems for orders, pricing, and payments
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs (including evenings/weekends)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
