Blinds To Go has an opportunity for energetic, goal oriented individuals for our Inbound eCommerce Call Centre. We are looking for bilingual representatives responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our online/telephone order customers.

Essential Functions
  • Handle Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Bond with customers, understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders
  • Provide after sales customer service and support
  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and issues
Skill Requirements
  • One (1) to three (3) years sales and customer service experience preferably in a retail
  • Good spoken and written communication skills (English/French)
  • Ability to influence, use judgement and problem solve
