Went to store on Sunday afternoon. Very nice salesperson helped us choose and then gave us the estimate. We decided in less than an hour. No issues. Called when blinds were at store. I called installer and he came one week later. Very nice young man - different from the gentleman who did the measurement - completed the task and everything went well. I had purchased blinds for my two kitchen windows about 4 years ago and was very satisfied so that is why I came back to Blinds to Go in King of Prussia, PA

Purchased wood blinds from KOP store with Lauren C as our consultant. She was infinitely patient and friendly. Despite my husband’s certitude that his measurements were correct, we were grateful that she recommended we take advantage of their 3rd party measurement expert available for a marginal fee of $40. We are Blinds to Go customers since 20 years when we moved to Pa. This is the 3rd home that we completely outfitted with wooden shutters from this wonderful company.
