Installer was late and appeared rushed. Did not put down anything to protect my floor. Rolled heavy cart with tools and blinds across my hardwood floor and area rug in living room to get to balcony. Did not put down any protective covering before drilling and left fine dust all over everything. Smudged newly installed and cleaned windows. Did not clean up at all. Had to return to make corrections as blinds did not fit well. Did return and make corrections and now they seem to fit much better.
