Blinds to Go® Instagram Sweepstakes - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the Instagram Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Blinds to Go (U.S.) Inc. located at 101 Rte 4, Paramus, NJ 07652 (“Sponsor”). 

By entering for a chance to win, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

1. Eligibility 
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 States and D.C. who are 18 years and older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or to win. 

2. Sweepstakes Entry Period 
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. 

3. How to Enter 
During the Entry Period, you must choose one of the two methods below for your chance to win our Prize Package (as further defined in these Rules). There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method chosen. Multiple entries, automated entries or using fraudulent methods to circumvent the Rules are prohibited and will result in disqualification. 

To be eligible, entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 10/31/2025. Sponsor will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries or for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of BTG. 

A. Online Entry (Website + Instagram) 
1. Follow @blindstogo on Instagram; 
2. On the Sweepstakes announcement Instagram post, tag three (3) friends in one comment; and 
3. Visit blindstogo.com and submit the entry form with name, phone number, email address and postal code. 
Important: Instagram participation is subject to Instagram’s terms. Following and tagging are for eligibility/engagement only and do not affect your odds among eligible entries. 

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Social Media Required 
Complete only the entry form at blindstogo.com with name, phone number, email address and postal code. Entries via AMOE have the same odds as all other entries. 

4. Winner Selection & Notification 
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 15, 2025 to select one (1) potential winner. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email at the address provided. The potential winner must respond within 5 calendar days of notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 (if applicable) within the time specified. If the potential winner fails to respond or is ineligible or noncompliant, the Prize Package may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing. 

5. Prize 
One (1) Prize Package containing each of the following: $1,000 Blinds to Go gift card, $500 CB2 gift card, $500 Design Within Reach gift card, $500 Crate + Barrel gift card, $500 West Elm gift card. The approximate retail value of the Prize Package is $3,000. 

Please be advised that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with CB2, Design Within Reach, Crate + Barrel or West Elm.

This Prize Package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable, and is not subject to any cash redemptions, alternatives or substitutions. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Prize Package will be sent by mail to the winner. 

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance and use. 

6. Publicity 
Where permitted by law, entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize (with respect to the winner) constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrants’ and winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, entry content, city/state, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity, in any media, without additional compensation and without notice or review. 

7. Instagram Notice & Disclaimer 
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Instagram. You must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and platform policies. 

8. Release & Limitation of Liability 
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. 

Sponsor is not responsible for: incorrect/inaccurate information; technical failures; human or technical error; printing or typographical errors; or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor’s maximum liability under or in connection with the Sweepstakes or these Rules, if any, shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize Package. 

9. General Conditions 
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes at any time, either in whole or in part, with or without notice, due to fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. 

10. Privacy 
Any personal information collected will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://www.blindstogo.com/about-us/privacy-policy/ and for 
administering the Sweepstakes. Marketing consent is not required to enter and will not affect your chances of winning. 

11. Disputes / Governing Law 
Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey; and (b) any claims and legal actions arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
