We appreciate the service in the store as to sales. The communications were not always completely clear. Ie. Some things were just left as assuming the customer completely understood ie. does the customer pick up the blinds or does the installer? The total bill was not as we were led to believe on the day of final purchase. It was slightly more (which we paid) but wasn’t made exactly clear on last visit to the store. However, all said and done we are quite pleased with our blinds and hope that you appreciate the very positive ambassadorship of your installer Alex Sheun (Soon). He deserves a promotion or increase!

For outside mount roller shades I asked if they added any lengths to the roller shade height measurement , and salesman said no . So I added 3 inches only to see that they added an additional 10. Inches at the factory . .

In store staff were knowledgeable and helpful, but the phone was never answered despite repeated calls. Another customer reported the same experience.
