The purpose of our customer service accessibility standards is to guarantee that Blinds To Go is committed to ensuring that all customers with disabilities receive accessible goods and services with the same timelines that others do.

STANDARDS ON THE PROVISION OF GOODS OR SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

• Treat customers with disabilities with dignity

• Put in place a system where all employees recognize the need to communicate
  with and help customers with various disabilities
• Recognize the needs of customers with disabilities
• Provide customer with ways to communicate their feedback
• Training of all BTG employees on our customer service standards.
